At Catenary Home, we process and ship orders within 24-48 hours from our location in Austin, Texas. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout.

How much will shipping cost?

Shipping at Catenary Home is free for all orders over $85 within the U.S., and a $6.50 charge applies to orders under $85.

Shipping rates to Canada, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and select U.S. territories may vary. Free shipping is available on orders over $250.

For international orders, shipping is free on purchases over $600.

Please note that the Sundial Cat Tree is excluded from free shipping thresholds for select U.S. regions, Canada, and international orders due to its size and shipping requirements.

Do you partially ship orders that include pre-order items?

Yes, in some cases we can partially ship orders that include pre-order items. If your order contains more than four items, we may ship the available items first while the pre-order item ships later once it arrives at our warehouse. Orders that include Orbit or Sundial (our larger furniture pieces) may also be partially shipped.

For orders with four items or fewer, we typically ship everything together once the pre-order item becomes available.
