Shipping Rates: We offer free shipping for all orders over $85 in the United States. For orders under $85 and for all international orders, shipping rates will vary based on the product and the shipping location. The shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

Order Processing: We strive to process and ship all orders as soon as possible. Processing times may vary based on product availability and seasonality, we aim to ship orders within 24-72 hours. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods: We use various shipping carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx for domestic and international shipments. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or times.

International Shipping: International customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes associated with their orders. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs or shipping carriers.

Pre-Orders and Partial Shipments: If your order includes a pre-order item, shipping may depend on the number and type of items in the order. Orders containing more than four items may be partially shipped, allowing available items to arrive sooner while pre-order items ship separately once they reach our warehouse. Orders that include larger furniture pieces such as Orbit or Sundial may also be shipped separately. For orders with four items or fewer, items are typically shipped together once the pre-order item becomes available.
